What is Crane Rail?
Complete Composition of Crane Track System
- Main Body Crane rails (standard/custom models) – the core load-bearing part of the track system, directly determining the operation accuracy and stability of lifting equipment, and the basic carrier for equipment movement.
- Fixing Parts Rail clips (rubber-headed self-locking/bolted/welded), fish plates, and anchor/chemical bolts firmly fix the rail to the foundation, prevent lateral and longitudinal displacement during operation, and ensure safety.
- Buffer Parts High-elastic rubber pads (3-6 mm steel-lined, Shore A85°) and EVA pads (independent/continuous roll) absorb impact and vibration, reduce friction between rail and foundation, and extend service life.
- Support Parts Steel base plates/pads (independent/continuous) – disperse lifting loads, transfer them evenly to the foundation, avoid local damage, and assist rail levelling and fixing.
- Auxiliary Materials Grouting material – fills gaps between rail, foundation and supports, strengthens system stability, prevents shaking, and ensures smooth operation.
