Rail Rubber Pad
—Elastic Protection & Load-Bearing Solution
Rail rubber pads are high-performance elastic elements installed between the rail and its supporting structure. They form a resilient support layer that distributes loads evenly, absorbs shocks and vibrations, reduces noise and local stress concentrations, and compensates for minor irregularities in rails or supports.
By minimizing wear and fatigue, they significantly extend the service life of rails and supporting structures. Compatible with Glory Rail clips to create a complete elastic rail installation system.
Suitable for ports, factories, mines and railway applications; supports various rail profiles (43/50/60 kg/m, QU series, UIC-54/60, etc.) and meets international and national standards including UIC, AREMA, BS, DIN and GB.

Rail Pads Installation Steps
1.Insert bolt(s) through hole(s) in rail
supporting structure.
2.Before installing rubber pad, the supporting area should beclean
and free of oil.
Laying the rubber pads on the support.
3.Install the rails on the rubber pads
4.Place body of clip over bolt(s) with rubber ‘nose’ resting onupper
surface of bottom flange of rail.
Move clip into metal-to-metal contact with bottom edge of rabil.
Bottom face of clip will not be in full contact with rail support.
Place special washer(s) over bolt(s).
Tighten nut(s) with spanner.
With hammer of about 1 kilo, tap clip body towards rail along
Tighten nut(s) to required torque given on product datasheet
direction of slot(s) in clip.
